Payments are non-refundable, including payment plans, which remain a contractual commitment. The only exceptions are rare cases where both you and Layla mutually agree that the container is no longer an aligned fit. In those situations, the payment plan may be rolled over to another program, 1:1 coaching or retreat. Once again refunds are NOT available.
