I’ve done other programs — how is this different?

Do I need to be a coach or healer to join?
No. What matters is that you have a skill, a voice, or a body of work you want to bring to the world — whether you’re an entrepreneur, creative, consultant, founder, or transitioning leader. The mastermind is for women building purpose-driven businesses, not limited to one industry. Last year one of the most successful ladies had a physical product business, a fashion brand!
How much time is required outside the sessions?
It depends on your pace and your life. Some women dive in for a couple of hours a day, Monday to Friday, and build full businesses in under nine months. Others are juggling family or work and give it 2–4 hours a week — and still stay on track with the group. Your results match your ownership. You choose the rhythm; the structure supports both.
What if I’m not fully clear on my business idea?
Clarity is built inside the work. Together we refine your essence, your positioning, your offers, and your direction. You bring the fire and the willingness; the mastermind gives you structure, reflection, and strategy so your idea becomes clear, coherent, and market-ready.
What kind of business is the best fit?

What if I can’t keep up?
The mastermind is paced for real life. You’re supported daily, redirected quickly, and guided step by step. You’re not doing this alone — the structure, the coaching, and the group keep you moving without overwhelm. The only requirement is that you stay engaged and communicate. PLUS in 2026 we will have a community leader supporting those who fall behind with loving & well trained skills as a therapist & coach.
What happens if I get sick, need to miss a call, or have to pause?
Life happens, and the mastermind is built to hold you through it. If you miss a session, you’ll receive the recording. 1:1 calls can be rescheduled within reason and based on Layla’s availability.
Payments are non-refundable, including payment plans, which remain a contractual commitment. The only exceptions are rare cases where both you and Layla mutually agree that the container is no longer an aligned fit. In those situations, the payment plan may be rolled over to another program, 1:1 coaching or retreat. Once again refunds are NOT available.
